JOB DESCRIPTION

Account Management Representative is responsible for making sure client and customer receive high quality services and their needs are being provided timely.

Duties include: Set-up new clients, monitor clients’ accounts closely, handling any client complaints, working to find solutions to any client issues and collaborate closely with other departments to ensure clients are experiencing a positive client-company relationship.

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: From $18.00/hour and up DOEE (Depending on education & experience)
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 per CMS guidelines.
• ON-SITE POSITION - Located in Rancho Bernardo - San Diego, CA 92128
• Monday - Friday
